Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that material published on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us through the Contact page with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL of the page on this site where it appears.
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review every notice we receive. If a notice is valid and complete, we will remove or disable access to the material in question promptly and notify the person who published it where appropriate.
Counter-Notification
If material you published was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification through the Contact page including: identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your name and contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your place of residence. We may restore the material in accordance with the law after receiving a valid counter-notification.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or restrict access for contributors who repeatedly publish infringing material.
Please note that submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.
